Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Lodsted ("we", "us") collects through the website at lodsted.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Lodsted is a warehouse management product for Shopify that has not launched yet. Today this website is a coming-soon page plus a sign-in area used by the Lodsted team. A separate policy covering merchants and their store data will be published here before the product is available.
Information we collect

Visitors who do not sign in are not asked for any personal information.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google we request only the basic profile scopes (openid,
email, profile). We receive your email address, name and profile picture.
We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
We use this information only to sign you in and to label your activity in the team area. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
We set one cookie, lodsted_session (with its signature), and only after you sign in.
It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do
not track you across other sites.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf so the site can run:
- Google — sign-in
- Railway — website hosting and database
- Cloudflare — domain name services
- Resend — delivery of any email we send from lodsted.com
- Anthropic — an AI assistant the team uses to read and update the task list, which shows the email address of the team member a task is assigned to
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account details and the content you enter are kept for as long as the team area is in use, or until you ask us to delete them. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, sign-in is limited to approved accounts, and access to the underlying systems is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can remove this site's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
