Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website at lodsted.com (the "site"), operated by Lodsted ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

Lodsted is a warehouse management product for Shopify that has not launched yet. The site currently provides general information and a sign-in area for the Lodsted team. Use of the Lodsted product itself will be governed by a separate agreement made available when the product launches.

2. Sign-in area

The sign-in area is for authorized Lodsted team members only. Sign-in uses your Google account, and accounts that have not been approved are refused. If you have access, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain access to areas or data you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• copy or scrape the site by automated means, other than through an interface we provide to you for that purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Lodsted name, logo and the content of the site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our permission, other than to view the site for its intended purpose.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information about a product that has not launched may change, and nothing on the site is a commitment to deliver any feature or to launch by any date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to services we do not control, such as Google sign-in. We are not responsible for those services or their content.

9. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. If we change the terms we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
